BT Video Bridging v4.0

Detailed video dialing instructions

Most video devices will be able to connect to Video Bridging v4.0 using the Dial-in Formats given below. You may need to experiment with different Dial-in Formats to determine which one works for your device.

Key things to note before using the 'Dial-in Formats' tables below

In the following Dial-in Formats, the variable <MeetingID> is listed on your confirmation email:

Steps to dial into your meeting:
  1. Identify the region of your conference
    Your confirmation email will mention "amer" for Americas, "apac" for Asia Pacific, or "emea" for Europe
  2. Find your method of joining the meeting in the appropriate regional table below
  3. Choose the appropriate Dial-in Format
  4. Substitute the number listed on your confirmation email for <MeetingID> in the dial string
  5. Join your meeting
Dialing example:
  1. To dial into a meeting with: Region: Europe (emea)
  2. Dialling in via 'Video endpoints that: - use SIP'
  3. Use Dial-in Format: <MeetingID>@emea.vbmeet.com
  4. For Meeting ID 1234567890, the dial string to use would be:
    1234567890@emea.vbmeet.com
  5. Join your meeting
